What's your price adjustment policy?Updated 2 months ago

If you come across a product at a lower price on macduggal.com or a select competitor, please submit a price adjustment request and we will gladly review your request. Our ability to price match or adjust sale prices is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

• Price adjustments must be requested within 14 days of your delivery day 
• The item must be identical in color and size.
• The Mac Duggal's style must be in stock at a selected competitor and Macduggal.com.
• The competitor’s website publicly displays the price to be matched.
• Your price match request includes a functioning URL link and a screenshot of the price match item on the competitor's website. 
• Price adjustments are calculated from the item price shown on the Macduggal.com website on the requested date.
• We are unable to match order-level discounts/coupons, sitewide promotions, gift card promotions, or shipping offers.
• We are unable to match prices that are a result of a personalized promotional offer.
• We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on items from outlets, flash sales, auctions, clubs, or regional and non-U.S.-based retailers, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers.
• Items listed by competitors as clearance, last chance, or final sale are not eligible for a price adjustment.
• We will only make one price adjustment per item. 

If the request is granted, price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Once a price adjustment is processed, the item becomes a Final Sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
