How do I return or exchange a gift?Updated 3 months ago
Returning a gift is easy! You can exchange, receive store credit, or credit the purchaser's original payment method. We just need a little information from you.
Here's how it works:
1. Visit our self-service Gift Return Center within 14 days of your order's delivery date
2. Enter your order number and purchaser's shipping zip code or email.
3. Click Start Return and click on the item you would like to return
4. Follow the prompts as to why the item didn't work out and how you would like to proceed
**If you are returning multiple items, follow the above steps**
Exchanges:
If you want to exchange for a different size/color or completely different style, you can choose an instant exchange which ships immediately or a standard which ships once the carrier scans your return package.
Store Credit:
Store credit, if chosen, is issued via online gift card and can be used toward a future purchase.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving your return. As a friendly reminder, items that come back to us with any signs of damage or wear will not be eligible for a refund. All apparel must be in new, unworn condition with intact pink security ribbon and all original tags/accessories attached. Handbags must be in their original condition, with all tags and protective material intact including detachable straps when applicable. Our full return policy is available here.
