How do I start a return or exchange?Updated 2 months ago
Do you have a return or exchange? No problem. Here's how it works:
1. Visit our self-service Returns Center within 14 days of your order's delivery date and
START A RETURN (U.S.): RETURNS CENTER
2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code or email (Hint: your order number can be found in the confirmation email we sent after you placed your order). Alternatively, we can look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
3. Click Start Return and click on the item you would like to return
4. Follow the prompts as to why the item didn't work out and how you would like to proceed
**If you are returning multiple items, follow the above steps**
Exchanges (U.S. Only):
If you want to exchange for a different size/color or completely different style, you can choose an instant exchange which ships immediately or a standard which ships once the carrier scans your return package.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving your return. As a friendly reminder, items that come back to us with any signs of damage or wear will not be eligible for a refund. Our full return policy is available here.
