If you prepaid your duties and taxes at checkout, your order is covered by our “guaranteed landing shipping cost service” meaning you should not have to pay any further fees. 

1. If you have not paid the invoice for additional charges, please do not- we will resolve the issue directly with our shipping partner.
2. If you have paid the invoice, please send us a copy of the receipt to [email protected] and we will issue a full refund via the global-e guaranteed duty fees.
